Our Christian Science Society of Bay Shore, a branch of The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston, Massachusetts, has had the privilege and joy in serving our Bay Shore community and environs since 1925.
We have cast our “bread upon the waters . . .” (Ecclesiastes 11:1, King James Bible). We pray and trust that it has blessed sincere seekers for truth over these many decades. It has been our one and only aim.
With humble thanks to have had this singular objective, we now must relate the news that our humble Society will be disbanding as of December 1st, 2024. Likewise, this website will no longer be operational as of that date.
Up until the end of November we will continue to hold our regular services:
- Sunday Services at 10:00 am ET
- In-person Wednesday Testimony Meetings at 4:30 pm ET (call-in on 1-844-855-4444, Access Code 743857, followed by the pound sign [ # ])
- Reading Room hours on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm ET.
